You exercise not get banned just because you apply the same ip address as someone else who got banned.
You would of been thoroughly investigated before any activeness was taken confronting y'all & a permanent ban is only issued if you have already had multiple suspensions earlier or the violation of the ToU/CoC is very severe.
You forfeit all digital content,remaining live subs etc. when your account is banned which is something you agreed to when you started your business relationship.

Only service that does is steam and only on non banned accounts you can play without a main accounf just just on the primary consoles

There has to be something that can be done, it takes the click of a push button. Y'all and I both know that the XBLET is screwing over thousands of people and its ridiculous. They don't care most any of their customers and something volition be done or else they're going to lose anybody or a mass majority of their customers. It's the same enforcement team,information technology's not new.Where are these thousands of people that are existence screwed over or do you mean the ones that are caught breaking the rules & are banned/suspended but all swear they are innocent?

To be honest, I recall it's a computer automated organization. Xbox live back up and anybody else who works for Microsoft talks like these people ( Enforcemnt Team ) are goddesses from neverlanda/mystical magical creatures that are significantly amend than anybody and no ane can arrive contact with them. Writing a " Example Review " that'southward it, no source of human interaction to really truly dispute the upshot or problem? They just slam the book and that's it. The Enforcement Squad is full of jokes and anybody'southward knows it and everyone knows how much a flaud it is in the arrangement and you know it's way worse compared to 360 so don't even compare the two. Enquiry xbox live enforcment team, YouTube/google and perchance information technology will open some eyes. I made a silver account afterwards I got banned and it got banned from communications for 2 weeks no explanations, I still have the message lol. Information technology's a flaud, you know it, I know it, everyone knows information technology and nosotros need a vocalism. x plus year may I remind you again that I've been with Xbox. I play game and so not commit soliciting. Then you guy said expect people to purchase everything back and that's the key, muddied money. Nosotros need a voice because the enforcment squad is a joke. Oh and still no explanation on my accounts existence banned.

You've had an explanation,you lot were banned for soliciting.Now it turns out it'southward not the first time you lot've had enforcement action on your account.
You are sent an email if you receive a ban or suspension telling you the reason.
What you've seen on youtube is simulated.The system is not automated,every report is investigated past real people & it's exactly the same as information technology was on the xbox 360,at that place's simply more people on xbox alive now then more people are committing offences & getting caught.I've been on xbox live since information technology began & using these forums for the same amount of time.,The simply thing that has changed is the way y'all contact the enforcement team,you file a case review & your case is investigated for a 2nd fourth dimension by another person & the determination is either overturned or upheld,before it apply to be in an enforcement section on the forums.
As many of united states have told you,at that place's cypher anyone on the forums tin do.If you accept filed for a instance review & the decision was upheld then that's it,you remain banned.
